This is my 50th anniversary in the Real Estate field. I began in Columbus, Ohio and have been licensed in Florida since 1989. I obtained my Broker’s License in 2001 and opened my own brokerage at that time. In 2015, I decided to expand, bought out an existing company, and merged it with Florida West Coast Realty, Inc forming a DBA Avant Properties. I am also a Licensed Florida Community Association Manager since 2001. I am married to my husband of 44 years, Rodger, and we have 5 children.
