If you are wanting to get out and enjoy some site seeing or beaches, the local public Englewood Beach is only 15 mins away from the property. Englewood has 4 public beaches to choose from (Stump Pass, Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and Manasota Key Beach). The property is walking distance to the Englewood Public Library and Tringali Park/Recreation Center. The park boasts a public playground for the little ones to enjoy, tennis courts, as well as basketball courts.
