The villas are in walking distance of Englewood Beach so that you can enjoy a beautiful sunset or just a place to relax and enjoy the sun.
A private heated community pool is available for our residence. Daily water aerobic exercises are also available.
The community center is a place for fun! Almost every day/night there are many activities that are presented to our residence. Card playing, bingo, and get together's are just some of the few enjoyments that happen at the community center.
Englewood
Cape Haze area lies in the South end of Sarasota County and the West end of Charlotte County on the Gulf of Mexico. Englewood has something for everybody. We have 4 beautiful beaches along with miles of fishing in Lemon Bay and Charlotte Harbor. The area boast of over 15 golf courses.
You will find a variety of stores around the community, but don't miss the historic Dearborn Street. The streets are lined with decorative pavers. Many stores line the street offering jewelry, pottery, candles , causal dress, art. Friday nights enjoy the music while visiting or dining at the historic area. Many places to eat, from fine dining to a snack.
Englewood's Lemon Bay Park is one of the many enjoyments that the community provides. It's a great place to go for a nature walk or just to have a nice afternoon picnic.
